“My father always said that I would be really happy when I helped others feel better and happy. My fascination with medicine started when I was a teenager helping my father through a serious injury that required multiple, long hospital visits. During medical school, I learned that cardiovascular diseases have a huge impact on people’s health and life. So I decided to specialize in interventional cardiology, where I could help drastically change the morbidity and mortality of patients.”
